Interesting facts and information. I think it is important you get to feel trust with a therapist which takes time to build. I am thinking it’s not wise to drop out if one session then you would be a fool to stick with something you strongly feel against. I don’t feel the article gave me exactly what I thought the headline set it out to be. Like what happens after therapy is over and how to communicate with a therapist. Any therapist would naturally introduce you to the model they apply for your sessions. Could have been more insightful. Thank you.
